Volunteers Collect over 600 Books for Kids

West Rockville Connects Village (WRCV) volunteers recently completed a highly successful book donation drive at the Woodley Gardens Shopping Center on Nelson Street. The team collected 627 books, all of which were donated to the College Gardens Elementary School Summer Reading Program.

The donations included dozens of new and nearly new books. We are grateful to local families and nearby churches for their generous contributions to the schoolchildren.
