SAFETY: Your :"friendly" dog must be on leash at all times.
FUN: Costumes for dogs and humans optional.
PARKING: Parking is available at the Rockville Swim and Skateboard Center (near Welch Park bleachers).
SCHEDULE: The parade starts at 3:30 PM sharp.
